Originally a computer programmer (6502), ED evolved into a software designer. His focus was on games and educational applications. He created many educational games for Sunburst Communications in the late 80's. His first original game was "AntFarm" which was a fun puzzle game with simulated ants for the Apple II. ED moved to California from NY in '89 to join Sega of America as a video game producer. His claim to fame is "Ecco the Dolphin" which is a game where players explore the sea as an animated Dolphin. After 8 years and 20 video games, ED started his own Development company: AndNow LLC (www.andow.net) The focus of the company is to add life to games. Currently under development are two games that feature A-life technologies: Nooks & Crannies and Virtual Ocean.
