Mark Hurry
Mark Hurry is the Managing Director of Digital Workshop Limited (DWL) a real-time 3D Graphics software development company based in London, England. He initially trained and qualified as a Cartographer for the UK's Ministry of Defence before returning to college to study for an HND in Computer Sciences at Chelmer Institute, Chelmsford, England. Mark then spent 3 years at Middlesex University, researching and developing 3D graphics rendering techniques for implementation within the university's 3D graphics systems. The next 5 years were spent at Real World Graphics, a real-time 3D graphics hardware development company based in Hertford, England. As Head of Software, Mark led a team of software engineers in designing and implementing a real-time 3D graphics operating system, hosted on in-house produced general purpose multiprocessor hardware. Mark specialised in developing parallel processor algorithms for rendering and geometry processing.

In 1993 Mark went on to co found digital workshop limited. During his time at DWL, Mark has been involved in a number of simulation projects, including development work for a ship's bridge handling simulator, and various flight simulator systems. Since the summer of 1998 DWL has been involved in producing a PC based real-time 3D graphics version of Technosphere for the National Museum of Photography, Film and Television, Bradford, England.
