About Disc Golf

Disc golf, also known as Frolf, Frisbee disc or Frisbee golf, is a flying disc game, as well as a precision and accuracy sport, in which individual players throw a flying disc at a target.

According to the Professional Disc Golf Association's website the object of disc golf is to complete each hole in the fewest disc throws. A golf disc is thrown from a tee area to a target which is the "hole". The hole can be one of a number of disc golf targets; the most common is called a Pole HoleĀ® an elevated metal basket. As a player progresses down the fairway, he or she must make each consecutive throw from the spot where the previous throw has landed.

In sum Disc Golf is a nice outside time passing with family and friends. But also a sport that requires one's concentration to fullfil the objective. And the last but not least this is not expensive and available to a wide range of nature lovers. To your Golf discs!
